As part of our services, which are location specific in nature Aerial Insights Ltd. hardware and software products, use the map function within industry relevant apps to share and synchronize your flight record, obtain UAS safety/regulatory notifications, search for nearby flying spots, you may provide us with site specific geolocation information. To provide the service Aerial Insights Ltd. will use your survey site location, to enable certain features of our equipment to perform the service (such as GPS, RTK (Real Time Kinematic), Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and industry standards). If your site location is collected through UAS hardware, sensors, and software, please be aware that such sensors, and the associated data services, may be provided by a third party, which may access such information for the purpose of providing such data services to Aerial Insights Ltd.
– Cookies. We use cookies and other similar technologies (e.g., pixels etc.) on Aerial Insights Ltd. Websites and online services. Remote Identification feature to promote flight safety near critical infrastructure, airports, dedicated events, or to support the activities of law enforcement and security agencies.
– We may preserve and disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with applicable laws, in response to a court order, judicial or other government subpoena, warrant or enforceable request.
– We also reserve the right to preserve and disclose your information that we believe, in good faith, is appropriate or necessary to (a)I take precautions against liability, (b) protect ourselves or others from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful uses or activities, (c) investigate and defend ourselves against any third-party claims or allegations, (d) protect the security or integrity of the Aerial Insights Ltd. services and any facilities or equipment used to make the Aerial Services Ltd.services available, or (e) protect our property or other legal rights (including, but not limited to, enforcement of our agreements), or the rights, property, or safety of others.
